Astor Hotel - Bauru

The hotel's location is really good, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and public transport. the breakfast had a nice selection of options such as breads, cakes, juices, cheese and ham. the staff was also helpful, one of them went out of her way to assist with a lost passport.

The room had a slight damp feeling, which was uncomfortable.

The breakfast options were quite impressive, with hot and cold dishes, cereals, and fruits. The staff were generally friendly and tried their best to assist when needed. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with several dining options, shops, and transport nearby.

The room had a musty smell that persisted even after leaving the windows open for a while. The overall cleanliness of the room was questionable, with visible dust on surfaces and old fixtures. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it had seen better days. my experience at the hotel was disappointing and did not match the expectations I had based on the reviews I had read beforehand.

Stayed at this hotel for Xmas and had a nice experience. Rooms were cozy and clean with a good breakfast served each morning that included a mix of hot and cold items. Great location as it was situated near restaurants, shops, and public transportation for ease of getting around. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had.

There was a bit of a musty smell in the room that detracted from the overall experience. the room was a bit smaller than expected, which made it feel a little cramped.
